After 5 years of construction, the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus, designed by architect Stephan Braunfels, has been inaugurated in 2003 as the third and last of Germany's new Parliament buildings.
Single glazed, laminated glass louvers automatically control the level of enegy gain and prevent the huge atria from overheating
